Circulating registration rules, dates, withdrawal and postponement

Given the proximity of the beginning of the first semester of the year 2020/2021 and the organization of the rules for determining the procedures for withdrawing courses (deletion) - or adding courses or postponing studies according to the following:
- The student shall not be charged with any fine for any movement - withdrawal (deletion) or addition of courses - during the regular registration period determined by the university under an official announcement.
- After the end of the announced registration period, the student has the right to apply (withdraw or add a course) after the approval of the dean of the college in which the student is registered and the presidency of the university, so that the withdrawal and addition will be executed without any penalty on the student, for a period of one week starting from the end of the registration period.
- After the end of the period specified in the previous paragraph / 2 /, the student is allowed to add courses after the approval of the Deanship of the College and the University Presidency.
- The student has the right to postpone the semester during the specified period one week before the start of the semester concerned with the academic postponement to / 4 / weeks after the semester start date, and in the event of absence, lack of registration or academic postponement, the student shall be liable for a re-enrollment fee.
