To university students about the Moodle e-learning management system
Dear students
We would like to inform you that the educational materials for the past weeks' lectures (14 March - 22 April) have been uploaded for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020.
1- In reference to the high ministry of education letter, number 3494/011027/5, dated 23/4/2020 (attached ). we call all students to log on to Moodle and view their related file and videos. In addition, uploaded files of the previous weeks to AIU educate have been re-uploaded to Moodle.
2- The Moodle platform enables an interactive session between the teacher and his students, to be coordinated with an appointment (an invitation appears on the student’s page on the platform and / or via the email for each student) through which questions are asked and answered by the teacher, and thus this platform enables students of the faculties of Architecture and Arts in particular, and through interactive sessions, to receive practical lectures such as architectural design, urban design and other courses with an applied and technical aspect.
3- The university, complying with the ministry regulations, upon resuming study will take the following measures:
- Review of the theoretical and practical lectures (the questions) uploaded to the electronic in an intensive manner.
- Complete lab sessions according to a plan to be announced later.
Conducting examinations at dates to be announced later.
- Adjusting the university calendar and the weekly time table, in order to help compensate for the periods of lock-down , while maintaining the full academic year.
