Dr. Maysaa al judeh
She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in France, in collaboration with prestigious research centers such as the National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA) and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). She also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Life, Earth, and Health Sciences from Pierre and Marie Curie University, along with a Pedagogical Qualification Diploma from the University of Damascus and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Biochemistry section) from the same university.
She currently works at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Dentistry of the Arab International University, in addition to her teaching and research activities at the University of Damascus – Faculty of Sciences.
She has extensive teaching experience in the fields of biochemistry, cytogenetics, microbiology, and biotechnology, having taught numerous theoretical and practical courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as supervising master's theses, doctoral dissertations, and graduation projects.
Her research interests focus on molecular diagnostics, microbiology, plant diseases, and enzymes. She has published several peer-reviewed scientific papers in national and international journals, and has contributed to the study of bacterial agents, antibiotic resistance, and molecular characterization of microorganisms.
She has participated in several international scientific conferences in Europe and the Arab world, and serves as a peer reviewer for the Damascus University Journal of Basic Sciences. She is fluent in English and French, and her career combines academic expertise with applied scientific research.
