Dr. Ibrahim AlMustafa

Dr. Ibrahim AlMustafa

A judge and university professor specializing in criminal law, with extensive experience combining judicial work, academic research, and university teaching.
He holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from Ain Shams University in Cairo, in addition to a Master’s degree and a Diploma in Criminal Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Aleppo. He practiced law between 2003 and 2008 before assuming judicial duties in 2008, which he continues to this day.

Academically, he has held teaching positions at the University of Damascus – Faculty of Law, in Master’s programs (Qualification and Specialization, and Criminal Judiciary), and taught courses in Criminal Procedure and Penalties at the Arab International Private University. He also teaches Criminal Law courses at the Syrian Virtual University and at the Third Faculty of Law in Quneitra, where he has taught various subjects including General and Special Penal Law, Economic Criminal Law, Execution Procedures, and Extradition of Criminals.

He has a collection of peer-reviewed research papers published in Arab journals, in addition to a book titled: The Role of the Victim in Criminal Litigation – A Comparative Study, published by Dar Al-Nahda Al-Arabiya in Cairo. He has also participated in specialized workshops and training courses, including English Contract Drafting, Scientific Research Preparation, Arbitration in FIDIC and Construction Contract Disputes, and General Arbitration, as well as attending legal and ethical conferences at Ain Shams University.
