Dr. Ammar Shukry
Academic and researcher in Commercial and Maritime Law, and a faculty member in the Private Law Department at the Arab International University (AIU). He holds a Ph.D. in Law—Commercial and Maritime Law from Helwan University, with his dissertation focusing on preferred shares in comparative legal systems. He possesses advanced academic qualifications through two higher diplomas in Private Law and International Trade from Ain Shams University, which are practically equivalent to a Master’s degree, following his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Damascus University.
With extensive teaching and research experience in the field of Commercial and Maritime Law, he has contributed to the preparation and publication of specialized research, including studies on "Investment in Preferred Shares and the Stance of Egyptian Legislation" and "The Advantages Offered by Preferred Shares and Their Consistency with Established Corporate Law Principles." He also holds several certifications in legal translation and has participated in advanced training programs in international commercial arbitration.
