A training visit for fourth-year students at the Faculty of Law of the Arab International University to the Bar Association - Damascus Branch of the Bar Association
The fourth year students at the Faculty of Law of the Arab International University and under the supervision of Prof. Abboud Al-Sarraj, Dean of the College, and Dr. Yousef Al-Rifai, Deputy Dean, and Dr. Rasha Al-Fattal, on a training visit to the Bar Association and to the Bar Association branch in Damascus, on 6/1/2021. The professors and students were received by the President of the Bar Association Professor Al-Firas Faris and the Head of the Damascus Bar Association Branch, Mr. Abdul Hakim Al-Saadi with great hospitality, and they gave the students a full and detailed explanation of the profession Advocacy, the nature of the lawyer’s work before the judiciary, the conditions for joining the bar association, the requirements for the training period and its conditions, and the duties of the lawyer in defending the right, justice and the rule of law were also addressed. Students were also familiarized with the departments of the Bar and their mechanisms.
