A Numerical Method for Fractional Schrödinger Equation of Lennard-Jones Potential

Abstract

Depending on fractional analysis, we find a numerical algorithm to solve the time-independent fractional Schrödinger equation in case of Lennard-Jones potential in one dimension. We apply the algorithm for multiple values of the fractional parameter of the space-dependent fractional Schrödinger equation and multiple values of the system’s energy to find the wave function and the probability in these cases.
