Honoring Students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Telecommunications in the creativity contest for smartphone apps

AIU congratulates students Reem Nasr - Reem Guenos - Samer Khadra for scoring first rank at the country level in the second national contest "Innovation" for applications of smart phones under the supervision of Dr. Basil al-Khatib and Eng Ammar Nahhas. The app "Quran Voice Search" won the contest on Wednesday 02/01/2017 in youth sports city.

The application offers a range of services in voice search in the Koran with the ability to browse (Soura - Chapters) and listen to it anywhere and allows text search and approximate search for words .

The application is composed of the Holy Quran Index - an index for Koran souras- text search -voice search - voice search for words similar to the word - download recitations - list of downloaded souras.
