  3. After the end of the registration period, the student has not registered and has not paid the fees, and the university presidency has approved his late registration within the specified principles and controls, levied at an amount (10%) of which 5% is a fine for late payment and 5% is a fine for delaying registration of the semester installment required by the student ( According to the announced schedule), which includes approved semester installments according to the faculties and according to the years of registration for each student.
