Dr. Muhanad Arnaout
He possesses extensive academic experience spanning more than two decades at Damascus University and private Syrian universities, having held administrative positions including Head of the Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Economics, Damascus University (2023–2024), Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Business Administration of the Arab International University (2019–2021), in addition to chairing both the Business Administration and Marketing departments at the same university.
He has taught dozens of courses in financial management, financial markets, investment, risk management, and economic feasibility studies to undergraduate and graduate students at Damascus University, Arab International University, Yarmouk Private University, and the Syrian Virtual University. He has also supervised numerous master's and doctoral theses and participated in academic evaluation committees.
His research has been published in locally and internationally peer-reviewed journals, including studies on financial market efficiency, the relationship between profitability and liquidity, capital structure, and financial sustainability in non-governmental organizations. He has authored academic books on managerial communications, Islamic finance, and economic feasibility studies.
In addition to his academic expertise, he possesses advanced skills in statistical software such as EViews, SPSS, and Minitab. He was also awarded the Top Graduate Award, ranking first in 1995.
