Medical Reports Regulations

We emphasize to our students that external medical reports issued by a doctor other than the one approved by the University are only accepted if they meet the following conditions:

    - To be presented on the same day of writing or on the next day only. Symptoms described in the report should still exist. Laboratory tests and X-rays associated with the report should be attached too. The patient student is to undergo a clinical examination by the university doctor who can visit the patient in hospital if needed.

Absence justification during exams is subject to decision 3/20 dated 23/2/2014 ( photocopy attached).

We would like to stress to our students not to resort to external medical reports to try to justify their absence for exams or study, and to see the university doctor immediately prior to the exam or before absence to prove the condition, in which case the doctor will conduct a clinical diagnostic and issue the necessary report.
