AIU Honors Pioneering Professors of Architecture

In its temporary headquarters in Damascus, Arab International University (AIU) honored two pioneering professors in architecture: Prof. Dr. Mohammed Burhan Tayyara, and the late Dr. Ra'if Muhanna.
Two halls were named after the professors in appreciation and recognition for the efforts they made during their educational and architecture career at the university and for the nation.
The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Maher Kabbakibi, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Tamer al-Hijjeh, Dean of Architecture College and his deputies, and a number of college professors and students.
AIU is proud to decorate its halls with the names of such pioneers of science and knowledge.
