Prof. Dr. Ehssan Antabi
He has participated in numerous prominent international exhibitions, including the International Advertising Biennale in Venice, the Graphic Biennale in Brno, and exhibitions in Barcelona, Bologna, the United States, Finland, Slovakia, and Dubai. He has received numerous awards and honorary diplomas, and his works have been included in the collections of global museums such as the Musée Henri Langlois in France and the Denmark International Poster Museum. His works have also been published in specialized art magazines and international reference books.
He founded the Faculty of Arts at the Arab International Private University in Syria and served as its dean between 2006 and 2014. He was a member of the High Committee for the "Damascus, Capital of Arab Culture" celebration in 2008. He won the second prize at the International Islamic Poster Biennale in Tehran in 2007 and received the State Appreciation Award Medal in Arts in 2020.
In his works, he blends aesthetic and conceptual dimensions and is known for his ability to transform posters into a medium of visual expression carrying profound cultural and human messages. He is also regarded as an academic and artistic reference in the field of visual design.
