A Syrian expert in environmental engineering and sustainable development, with a professional career spanning over three decades in academic, administrative, and research work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Damascus, as well as a Diploma and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering under joint supervision with RWTH Aachen University in Germany, and a Doctorate on the environmental impacts of the cement industry and cement dust recycling under joint supervision between the University of Damascus and the University of Kassel in Germany.
