المشروع عبارة عن مبنى سكني يقع في مدينة دمشق. يتألف من قبو، طابق أرضي و ثمانية طوابق متكررة. يحوي المبنى على مصعد و درج.
لولو لألعاب الأطفال
يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز مهارات التواصل عند الاطفال ويفتح الباب لخيال الطفل وتجعله يستخدمه ويبدع فيه اي في خياله وتساعد على بناء ثقته بنفسه لان الطفل يكون سيد اللعبة (يقوم بأمرها او بكشف مشاعره لها) ويمكن ان تكون الدمية بالنسبة للطفل علاج نفسي.
شركة هندسية : Scaffolding Company
الهدف من المشروع هو عدم وجود مركز رسمي أو غير رسمي يخدم الشركة في المنطقة من حيث التصميم والتنفيذ.

الهدف من المشروع هو عدم وجود مركز رسمي أو غير رسمي يخدم الشركة في المنطقة من حيث البيع والشراء ومستلزمات الشركة بشكل عام.
دارمشق : شركة تنظيم معارض
تنبع أهمية المشروع من حاجة الشركات لمواكبة سوق العمل لعرض خدماته شريحة أوسع من الناس بطريقة مبتكرة تجذب المهتمين. وهنا تقوم شركات التنظيم بدورها بخلق طرق جديده تناسب حاجة الجناح للفت انتباه الفئة المستهدفة.

الأصل أن كل شركة قائمة بذاتها ولها شخصيتها القانونية المستقلة، تقوم بأداء مشروعها الذي وجدت من أجله، وفي حال تعرضت للإفلاس، يتم شهر إفلاسها ثم حلها وتصفيتها عن طريق إجراءات محددة ذكرها القانون، لكن في حال كانت الشركة تريد تجنب الحل والتصفية وهي على حافة الإفلاس، فتلجأ إلى نظام قانوني هام جداً وهو اندماج الشركات التجارية حيث تندمج عن طريق الضم ، لذلك تم تفصيل مفهوم الاندماج حسب قانون الشركات السوري رقم 29 لعام 2011.

يُعد حل الشركة التجارية وتصفية أموالها المرحلة الأخيرة من وجودهـا القـانوني، ويتم الحل باتفاق الشركاء أو بحكم القانون أو بقرار قضائي. ويترتب عليه توقف الشركة عن مزاولة نشاطها والدخول في مرحلة التصفية التي تهدف إلى تسديد الديون وتقسيم الفائض بين الشركاء بحسب نسب مشاركتهيُعيَّن المُصفي باتفاق الشركاء أو مـن قبـل المحكمة في حال عدم التوافق، وتخضع أعماله لإشراف القضاء، خاصةً عنـد وجـود نزاعات أو حقوق للغير، ضمانًا لحماية الحقوق وتحقيق العدالة.
