منتجع سياحة علاجية : Rose Rejuvenation center
المشروع هو منتجع علاجي متكامل يقع في قلب الطبيعة الخلابة على ضفاف بحيرة زرزر – سوريا، ويهدف إلى خلق تجربة استشفاء شاملة تجمع بين الراحة النفسية، والعلاج الطبيعي، والاندماج الكامل مع البيئة. ينقسم المركز إلى منطقتين رئيسيتين: المنطقة العامة: وتضم مركزاً تجارياً (مول)، مطاعم، استراحات، ملاعب، مسبح، ومناطق مخصصة للتسلية، لتأمين أجواء مريحة للزوار والمرافقين. المنطقة الخاصة: تحتوي على مباني العلاج، الإدارة، وحدات الإقامة، والشاليهات الخاصة، والتي تم توزيعها بعناية لتحقيق الخصوصية والهدوء للمستفيدين من برامج الاستشفاء.يرتكز المشروع على مبدأ التصميم البيئي المسؤول، حيث تم احترام الطبوغرافيا الطبيعية وعدم المساس بـمورفولوجيا المكان كونه منطقة تنزّه طبيعية، مع الحفاظ الكامل على الغطاء النباتي دون قطع الأشجار.تم اتباع نهج التصميم القائم على خصائص المكان (Place-based Design)، لضمان اندماج الكتل المعمارية مع الطبيعة، وتحقيق تجربة علاجية متكاملة تنبع من الأرض وتخدمها في آنٍ معاً، مما يجعل المشروع نموذجاً في العمارة المستدامة والواعية بيئياً.
محطة ركاب جديدة في دمشق
يهدف هذا المشروع إلى دراسة مشروع (محطة ركاب جديدة في دمشق ) وفق جميع الجوانب الوظيفية، البيئية، العلمية، الثقافية، اﻻجتماعية و المعمارية. وصولاً إلى نتيجة نهائية تحقق بذلك مشروع متكاملاً لمحطة ركاب جديدة ويخلق بيئة مريحة وآمنة للمسافرين، تكمن أهمية هذا البحث بالشريحة المعمارية التي يتناولها المشروع ويحرص على توفير المتطلبات والمعايير التصميمية الخاصة في كل مرحلة وتتجسد الأهمية الأكبر أيضاً بالهدف الذي تسعى إليه فكرة المشروع التي تهدف إلى زيادة الطاقة اﻻستيعابية وتطوير أساليب التكنولوجيا فيه وتحسين راحة المسافرين، تحسين العمليات والكفاءة، تعزيز تجربة السفر الشاملة، تحسين اﻻستدامة البيئية .تمت دراسة محتويات المشروع من اختيار للموقع والتحليل المناخي وصولاً إلى المعايير التصميمية الأنسب.
مجمع انتاجي للزراعة المستدامة
يُقدّم المشروع استجابة معمارية مباشرة لمشكلة الأمن الغذائي التي تفاقمت نتيجة التمدّن السريع وتراجع المساحات الزراعية داخل المدن. ومع ازدياد الطلب على الغذاء وتحوّل الأراضي إلى كتل عمرانية، أصبح البحث عن حلول معمارية قادرة على دمج الإنتاج الغذائي ضمن البيئة الحضرية أمراً ملحّاً. من هنا يأتي اعتماد الزراعة العمودية كخيار استراتيجي يتيح استثمار الارتفاع لتعويض فقدان المساحة الأفقية.يعتمد التصميم على إنشاء منشأة معمارية تجمع بين الوظيفة الإنتاجية والبعد التعليمي، بحيث تشكّل “بنية تحتية غذائية” تعمل داخل المدينة. تم تطوير الكتلة بشكل رأسي يسمح بدخول الضوء الطبيعي، وتحقيق كفاءة في استخدام الطاقة، وتنظيم عمليات الزراعة على مستويات متعددة. كما تم توظيف واجهات شفافة، وأنظمة تهوية وإضاءة مدروسة لتعزيز الأداء البيئي للمبنى وضمان بيئة نمو مثالية.على المستوى الإنشائي، يستند المشروع إلى هيكل معدني خفيف يمنح مرونة في توزيع المساحات وإمكانية تطوير المنشأة مستقبلاً. وتأتي المساقط الداخلية بانسيابية تُمكّن من دمج المسارات التعليمية والبحثية مع مناطق الإنتاج، مما يعزز الدور التوعوي للمبنى ويجعله نقطة جذب للطلاب والزوار والمهتمين بالزراعة المستدامة.
تطوير مشروع محطة الحجاز
محطة الحجاز في دمشق تُعد معلماً تاريخياً ومعمارياً مهماً بُني خلال الحكم العثماني، بهدف تسهيل السفر بين بلاد الشام و الحجاز خاصةً للحجاج، حيث اختصرت الرحلة الطويلة من 40 يوماً إلى 50 ساعة. بدأ بناء المحطة عام 1900في عهد السلطان عبد الحميد الثاني، وتم تمويلها من تبرعات المسلمين لتجنب التدخل الأجنبي. لمحطة توقفت عن العمل عام 1917 بعد تعطيل الخط أثناء الثورة العربية الكبرى، لكنها ظلت رمزاً يجمع بين الطرازين الشرقي والغربي في عمارتها. الموقع الحالي للمحطة يقع في قلب دمشق في ساحة الحجاز، ويحيط بها مناطق تاريخية ُ وتجارية هامة. في الوقت الحاضر، تضم المحطة متحفاً يعرض بقايا خط سكة الحجاز، مثل التذاكر القديمة، والصور الفوتوغرافية، والمصابيح، وأجزاء من القطارات. والمصابيح، وأجزاء من القطارات، المشروع الجديد يهدف على إعادة تاهيل المحطة كمركز نقل حديث، يشمل خطوطاً للقطارات والمترو مع مناطق تجارية وترفيهية. المقترح يشمل دمج وسائل النقل المختلفة لتحسين التنقل داخل المدينة وخارجها، ويعزز السياحة والاستثمار المشروع يركز ايضاً على العمارة المستدامة وتقليل الأثر البيئي للنقل .بفضل موقعها الاستراتيجي وقربها من معالم دمشق، ستصبح المحطة مركزاً حيوياً لتخفيف الازدحام المروري وتحسين جودة الحياة.
تخطيط شريحة سكنية مستدامة في حي القابون
تناول المشروع قضيّة إعادة الإعمار بما ينسجم مع الهوية الثقافية والاجتماعية للسكان، مع السعي لتأمين مساكن جديدة للأهالي الذين فقدوا بيوتهم جرّاء الحرب، بحيث يحصل كل فرد على سكن كريم يناسب واقعه وظروفه. واعتمد التصميم مبادئ الخصوصية والاستدامة عبر زيادة المساحات الخضراء، وتطبيق حلول بيئية تقلّل استهلاك الطاقة وتحسّن المناخ المحلي. كما جرى تنويع أنماط السكن لتلبية احتياجات مختلف الفئات، خصوصًا ذوي الدخل المحدود، مع الحفاظ على جودة التصميم وملاءمته للسياق المحلي.وجاءت الارتفاعات منخفضة احترامًا لرغبة السكان ورفضهم للبناء البرجي، مما أسهم في خلق نسيج عمراني هادئ ومنسجكما خُصّصت حركة السيارات على الأطراف فقط، بينما خُصصت المساحة الداخلية بالكامل لممرات المشاة، إلى جانب ممر خاص للدراجات يشجع على التنقّل النشط والمستدام.وبحكم قرب الموقع من نهر بردى، تمّ جرّ خط مائي ممتد داخل الشريحة، واستُخدم في تشكيل مسطّحات مائية تساهم في تحسين البيئة المناخية وتعزيز جودة الحياة.
