Sir Patrick Moore - a famous British TV presenter, amateur astronomer and popularizer known throughout the world - wrote this book to suggest to the sky lover which objects of particular interest can be observed on each different night of the year. Ultraviolet Radiation in the Solar System
The Sun is our main source of UV radiation and its description occupies the first two chapters of the book.
