The role of six sigma culture in supporting the organizational culture in Syrian banks
Aims to try to try to highlight on the impact of the new administrative methodologies (six sigma) on the culture of a sample of banks in Syria (the International Islamic Bank and Al-Sharq Bank) and the extent of the banks' willingness to apply the Six Sigma approach. The results of the comparison between the two banks showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two banks in favor of Syria International Islamic Bank, as it has more six sigma components in all cultures than the components of Al Sharq Bank.

Conclusions of the study show the importance of implementing Six Sigma methodology in all local sections including industrial and service organizations, and there is a tendency in the Syrian banks to utilize six sigma approach.
The role of private banks in achieving economic development in Syria
Aims to assess the role of the private banks in the economic development in Syria. The annual data of the financial statements of private banks covers of a period of 8 years from 2012-2019 was uses for this research study. A correlation and regression analysis were conducted to answer the research question of whether the private banks operating in the Syrian Arab Republic are contributing efficiently to the economic development and growth of gross domestic product in Syria. On the basis of overall analysis, it was concluded that the provided credit from the private bank is strongly correlated to the economic growth.

We have several examples of these materials like ( Copper (II) oxide, silver , graphene ) . Because of these unique features , nanofiber has been used in many filters types like ( air nanofilter , water nanofilter , oil nano filter ....etc.) But the specific type that interests us uses nanofilter in face masks.
