Management of free distal extension by partial prosthesis
The study highlights that removable partial dentures remain a fundamental treatment option for managing partial edentulism, especially when implants or fixed prostheses are not feasible. Successful outcomes depend on accurate diagnosis, thorough oral preparation, sound prosthesis design, continuous patient education, and regular follow-up.
Management information system
Student registration systems are essential for the efficient management of academic institutions. They allow students to enrol in courses, access their academic records, and communication with administrators. However, many student registration systems are outdated, inefficient, or insecure, posing challenges for both students and staff. Therefore, there is a need to upgrade the web student registration system in our university to improve its functionality, usability, and security
Malnutrition therapy by CMAM training
This research aims at spotting the light on the problem of malnutrition: its causes and effects, and trying to find possible solutions by using CMAM Program. Severe wasting is the most widespread form of severe acute malnutrition, affecting an estimated 17 million children globally. This analysis assesses the effectiveness of community management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) program.
Malaria disease and modern treatments
Some population groups are at considerably higher risk of contracting malaria and developing severe disease: infants, children under 5 years of age, pregnant women and patients with HIV/AIDS, as well as people with low immunity moving to areas with intense malaria transmission such as migrant workers, mobile populations and travellers. Malaria is an acute febrile illness caused by Plasmodium parasites, which are spread to people through the bites of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. There are 5 parasite species that cause malaria in humans, and 2 of these species – P. falciparum and P. vivax – pose the greatest threat. P. falciparum is the deadliest malaria parasite and the most prevalent on the African continent. P. vivax is the dominant malaria parasite in most countries outside of sub-Saharan Africa.

Magnesium
Until recently the physiological role of magnesium was essentially ignored. However, with the development of new technologies to measure the intracellular free concentration of magnesium ([Mg2+]i), the biologically important fraction, there has been an explosion of interest in the molecular, biochemical, physiological and pharmacological functions of magnesium. In addition improved methods for assessing magnesium status in the clinic have contributed to the further understanding of magnesium regulation in health and disease...

Lung cancer : causes, diagnosis, treatment
Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States and the world - responsible for approximately 1.8 million deaths annually Lung cancer is still expected to cause more than 4 million deaths over the next 50 years. Thus, in addition to tobacco control efforts, a focus on early detection and treatment interventions will be critical to further reducing the burden of lung cancer...
Longs COVID-19 patients
Nearly 250 million people around the world have recovered from Covid-19. But here, the word "recovered" refers only to the acute phase of the illness. Approximately 10 and 40 percent of Covid patients continue to experience symptoms several weeks to months after falling sick, a nebulous condition now referred to as post-Covid condition, or long Covid. In long Covid, we are witnessing the emergence of a legitimate new illness, officially recognized by the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases...
Load balancing using SDN
Software-Defined Network (SDN) is considered a breakthrough to the global network. It plays an important role in performance improvement and network optimization. SDN is a new mechanism for managing and designing networks rather than the current traditional network system which does not afford more services and higher data rates; therefore, we analyze the effect of applying load balancing techniques and its importance in different SDN environments. In this paper, we propose a dynamic server load balancing technique in SDN architecture. Hence, we implement a server Connection-based load balancing technique and evaluate its performance with a static Round-robin and Random-based in both mininet emulation environment and OpenFlow-enabled switch using Ryu OpenFlow controller.
Liver
Liver is the second largest organ in human body, more than 5,000 separate bodily functions including helping blood to clot, cleansing the blood of toxins to converting food into nutrients to control hormone levels, fighting infections and illness, regenerating back after injury and metabolizing cholesterol, glucose, iron and controlling their levels. Most people never give their liver a thought until something goes wrong, yet, liver diseases on rise, affecting one in ten. Liver diseases can be inherited or caused by a variety of factors that damage the liver.
Liposomes as Drug Carriers
Patients have recently suffered from the side effects of a large number of drugs and from the weak pharmacological effect, due to the biokinetics and the difficulty of delivering the drug to the targeted cells, which negatively affected the therapeutic efficacy, creating an opportunity to discover nanometric carriers to load the active drug substances, so we covered in this research the most famous and widely used nanocarriers which are liposomes. We touched in some detail its composition, types, the relationship of structure to influence, methods of preparation, its delivery mechanism for the drug, and at the end of the research, we attached various applications in the field of therapeutic diagnostics and its role in cosmetics, cancers and many other fields.

Layce (Image data poisoning) = لايس (تسميم بيانات الصور )
The ongoing growth of image generative artificial intelligence models was paved with existing drawings and art pieces by great artists both past and present, and while generative models are very useful and helpful, there is the issue of the origin of the datasets trained on, and the morality of usage regarding copyrights and artistic identity. A novel line of defense that helps artists and visual content creators actively protect their pieces emerged, dubbed Data Poisoning and it works by misleading Artificial Intelligence models that attempt to use a Poisoned Image for training, or as a reference, as the Poisoned Image will appear to the human eye identical to the original art piece, while the Artificial Intelligence model will be seeing a remarkably different image, causing generative models to generate false positive results when given a prompt poisoned by the author or when trained on data poisoned by the original owner. This study aims to study image data poisoning methods and technologies, and build an application containing multiple image models, and poisoning models as well, accompanied by a Community for artists to share art and interact with each other.
