The study aims to analyze the impact of religious and sectarian diversity in Syria on the work environment within humanitarian organizations, and to explore the extent to which administrative policies contribute to promoting social cohesion and coexistence among employees from diverse religious and sectarian backgrounds. Through field research and organizational policy analysis, the study seeks to provide practical recommendations that support diversity management in work environments within the complex and multifaceted Syrian context, particularly in the post-conflict phase. The study relies on both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews and surveys directed at employees working in several active humanitarian organizations inside Syria. | Abstract |
