The main question around which the study problem revolves is: To what extent can it be said that there are rights for working women in Syrian law in accordance with international agreements? Several sub-questions branch out from this main question: 1. What is the nature of the mechanisms applied in Syria to protect women’s right to work? 2. Are there points of convergence between international agreements and Syrian labor laws regarding women’s right to work? 3. How can we implement these mechanisms to provide greater and more effective protection of working women’s rights on the ground? | Abstract |
