Abstract

Trombicula autumnalis is an acarians and it is recorded only in Europe. However, here in this search we could record its existence for the first time in Alsoedaa province in Syria. In Europe, the Acarians cause a disease called the erythema of autumnal or erythema of grape-collectors. This diseases appears as a red welt on the skin as an erythema in grapes-collectors.
The larva of this acarian causes an erythema by forming a histosiphon in the skin through partially digested skin. This larva lives in grapes attacking human/worker who collect it.
