The concept

 Ecological residential urban model based on energy conservation and generation, water recycling, natural ventilation, and micro-scale agriculture promotion.

Securing the social and sustainable life of the users was the most important goal, this was done through common  playgrounds, bicycle paths and public interactive zones ,  in addition to shopping centers and retail stores, and

Local agriculture was  encouraged   by allocating individual spaces for residents for light seasonal crops.
