The Second Scientific Conference on Management, Finance and Economics was organized by the Arab International University on Thursday 21 June under the patronage of HE Dr. Atef Al Nadaf, Minister of Higher Education and the President of Damascus University, Dr. Maher Qabakibi. The meeting was attended by the heads of a number of public and private universities.. The conference came at the beginning of the efforts of the Arab International University in scientific research, where it encouraged scientific research in all its faculties by benefits and rewards. That was reflected in a research spring published by researchers from the University of more than 50 scientific articles reviewed in international journals (classified) and local books published by publishing houses. The University's excellence in research has contributed to the promotion of the university's ranking locally to take the lead among private universities according to the latest international rankings. The conference presented 22 distinguished research papers from different universities in the country. The conference was divided between the financing of reconstruction through innovative methods and the development of administrative structures. The conference also provided an opportunity for postgraduate students to present their research in an interactive environment in which they benefited from the observations of specialists. The closing session was also devoted to reviewing research developments in a number of important research topics. It is worth mentioning that a number of researches presented at the first conference have been published in reviewed international journals classified in the scopes database and the second edition of the conference has witnessed the participation of a large number of private universities
