Existence and uniqueness problem is a very important problem because when one guarantees the existence and uniqueness of solutions, then the computations can start on safely. In this article we prove a theorem for global existence and uniqueness of solutions for the following initial value problem of an n-th order functional differential equation: are continuous functions on some interval .
