فلسفة القانون : مفهوم القانون وسريانه

يبين في هذا الكتاب العلاقة بين القانون والأخلاق، فالمذهب الوضعي يدعي بأنه يجب الفصل بينهما، فسواء مفهوم القانون أو مفهوم سريان القانون يجب أن يعرفا بمعزل عن الأخلاق، يحاول الأستاذ ألكسي هنا أن يثبت أن هذه الفرضية خاطئة. فهناك ارتباط مفهومي حكمي بين القانون والأخلاق أولاً، كما أن الأسباب المعيارية تشير ثانياً إلى أن مفهوم القانون من جهة ومفهوم سريانه من جهة ثانية يجب أن يعرفا بحيث يحتويان عناصر أخلاقية.
