Arab International University represented by Professor. Jihad Yaqoub, Director of Career and Professional Development, has participated in the annual ShababLink event held by SANAD Team for Development. The initiative was held on Sunday and Monday 20-21/11/2016 with all supporting parties invited and gathered in Damascus University Presidency Hall for Conferences from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
It's important to note that ShababLink event is hold annually by SANAD for the purpose of collecting all available jobs and training opportunities all in one place to be offered to all interested university students besides turning their attention to the most important opportunities available in the job market and training fields by connecting them with the concerned employment parties along with creating an appropriate environment in which youth can exchange ideas and expertise regarding their academic future and their career path.

The event offered more than 250 job opportunities and 1600 internships in very prestigious institutes plus 50 volunteering opportunities and 20 entrepreneurial opportunities; these were the four hallmarks of SANAD Event.
There were more than 6000 visits to the event, which lasted on Sunday and Monday ,and more than 60 partners were a real support for Syria youth by proving that despite all the ongoing circumstances, we can support each other and our country not forgetting to mention that there was a special room for holding interview and viewing the applicants' CVs besides holding 10 different lectures and consultations during the whole event.
