Awarding Certificates of Attendance for online training courses in the scope of FREE Project “Female Academic Role Model Empowerment, Equality and Sustainability at Universities in Mediterranean Region: towards 2030 Agenda – FREE”

In the scope Erasmus +capacity building in higher education  project, namely Female Academic Role Model Empowerment, Equality and Sustainability at Universities in Mediterranean Region: towards 2030 Agenda, and to celebrate the International Women’s Month, Arab International University held an event to award Certificates of attendance  to trainees, for online courses, at University Council Hall on Tuesday 9 March 2021.
 
 Prof. Dr. Tamer Al Haja, President of Arab International University, explained the importance of FREE project and the university's support for empowering female academics to reach top-level administrative positions.
 
Dr. Serene Dalati, project coordinator, discussed project outputs, results achieved, and upcoming work packages.
Dr. Hala AlChach, Director of the Human Resources Directorate, emphasized the role of human resources in dedicating the role of female academics at the university and encouraging staff to provide support for this role to reach important administrative positions. Moreover, Dr. Rana Odimeh, Head of the University Requirements department, stressed team’s role in achieving important outputs, including the achievements of the five online courses in the scope of FREE project.   Certificates of attendance were delivered to the course trainees in a distinctive interactive atmosphere.
