The medical clinics management system (MCMS) is a system that manages a group of clinics distributed within different governorates and regions in Syria, as it manages data entry processes for each patient such as personal information, disease and accompanying symptoms in addition to doctors' information, and clinics through a web application. The system also performs mining algorithms on the current data for discovering new symptoms and diseases by analyzing patient, diseases and symptoms data available within the database, to subsequently notify the admins of the emergence of a new symptom or an increase in a disease in a given area. In addition to generating daily or weekly reports containing the number of visits and cases of recovery and other information.

The paper also explores why the instrument identifying AI is solely based on Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) and why the note-identifying AI system was chosen to be a ML system over CNN or other deep-learning trained AI. The paper presents feature extraction methods for audio signals and files and dives deep into the process, such as FFT, MFCCs, Wavelengths, sampling rates, etc. It also touches on Logistic Regression Algorithms, their limitations, and their performance with the different use cases in the application. Generative adversarial text to image synthesis
Synthesizing high-quality images from text descriptions is a challenging problem in computer vision and has many practical applications. Samples generated by existing text-to-image approaches can roughly reflect the meaning of the given descriptions, but they fail to contain necessary details and vivid object parts. In order to make the project more specialized, it was approved that the project be dedicated to fashion image generation, we present an effective approach for generating new clothing through generative adversarial learning. Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) successfully show the capability of synthesizing sharper images compared to other generative models.

This study is about developing a secure, autoscaling military postponement e-service in Syria, that allows Syrian citizens to conveniently access services provided by the Syrian Recruitment Department conveniently through their smartphones. Currently, many Syrian citizens need to use the services offered by the Recruitment Department, resulting in overcrowding in a single location for similar purposes. This situation places a significant burden on both citizens and the government. The mobile application will facilitate various services such as enlistment and postponing military service by employing a well-designed software architecture that ensures scalability and efficient distribution of these services.
