Computers and hardware should be tailored to our natural modes of communication: Body language and speech. Intelligent machines that can work alongside computers are now being developed, allowing for friendlier Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). this project, intends a hand gesture-based system that allows users to control virtual keyboard, desktop mouse movements and connect it with mobile phone in order to monitor and control.

Session topics included “Personalization in E-Learning,” “Designs, Model and Framework of E-Learning Systems,” “Implementations and Evaluations of E-Learning Systems,” “Tools in E-Learning,” and “Learning Resource Deployment, Organization and Management. ” We received a total of 99 submissions from all over the world.

This year, the program consisted of 13 oral sessions, one poster session, ten special tracks, and six keynote presentations. The response to the call for - pers was very strong. We received more than twice the papers received last year. Specifcally, we received over 280 submissions for the main symposium from which we accepted 65 papers for oral presentation (23% acceptance) and 56 papers for poster presentation (20% acceptance). Special track papers were solicited separately through the Organizing and Program Committees of each track. A total of 57 papers were accepted for presentation in the special tracks. All papers were reviewed with an emphasis on potential to contribute to the state of the art in the ?eld. Selection criteria included accuracy and originality of ideas, clarity and signi?cance of results, and presentation quality. The review process was quite rigorous, involving two to three independent blind reviews followed by several days of discussion.

Zero-knowledge interactive proofsystems are a new technique which can be used as a cryptographic tool for designing provably secure protocols. Goldwasser, Micali, and Rackoff originally suggested this technique for controlling the knowledge released in an interactive proof of membership in a language, and for classification of languages. In this approach, knowledge is defined in terms of complexity to convey knowledge if it gives a computational advantage to the receiver, theory, and a message is said for example by giving him the result of an intractable computation. The formal model of interacting machines is described in. A proof-system (for a language L) is an interactive protocol by which one user, the prover, attempts to convince another user, the verifier, that a given input x is in L. We assume that the verifier is a probabilistic machine which is limited to expected polynomial-time computation, while the prover is an unlimited probabilistic machine.

Since then the area has developed dramatically, many researchersjoining enthusiastically and research groups sprouting everywhere.a conceptual track, where papers were judged on criteria like importance and/or novelty of the concepts proposed rather than the experimental / theoretical results, has been introduced this year. A conference on a theme as broad as Artificial Life is bound to be very di-verse, but a few tendencies emerged. First, fields like ‘Robotics and Autonomous Agents’ or ‘Evolutionary Computation’are still extremely active and keep onbringing a wealth of results to the A-Life community. Even there, however, new tendencies appear, like collective robotics, and more specifically self-assembling robotics, which represent now a large subsection. Second, new areas appear.‘Morphogenesis and Development’ which used to be the subject of only a fewpapers, is now one of the largest subsections, and seems to be on the brinkof becoming a field of its own. Finally, most classical themes of A-Life re-search like ‘Artificial Chemistry’, ‘Ant-Inspired Systems’, ‘Cellular Automata’,‘Self-Replication’, ‘Social Simulations’ or ‘Bio-realist Simulations’ are still goingstrong and are well represented within this volume.
Advanced sensors technologies applied in mobile robot
Contains contributions on the latest developments in mobile robotic systems and related research. Various topics with different ideas and applications from mobile robotics have found their place. New ideas are presented for mobile robots that specialise in cleaning floors, power lines and HVAC systems. We also find innovative approaches for navigation path planning using local minima-free potential fields, novel path primitives and/or their parameterisation for minimum-time planning, and various control approaches ranging from visual serving to model predictive and adaptive trajectory tracking, applied to wheeled robots, humanoid manipulators and flying robots.
