Through exploiting the advantage of the recent wide usage of mobile-based applications by the majority of the Syrian people, we can create an application in which the users are able to post house offers, post specified orders, view posted houses details, and filter their search according to many features (i.e., price and area).

The TCGOV 2005 international conference on e-government was held at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano during March 2–4, 2005.
